Change by Degrees Team Get Together in Kinsale

What. A. Team.

We had the most incredible few days with some of our fabulous team members in Kinsale.

We are a remote first company, but face to face is essential for team bonding, getting to know each other outside of structured meetings and connecting. Our skill sets and styles of working all vary, but we manage to work respectfully, all while having a good time. We’re proud of the culture we’ve created at Change by Degrees – we support and encourage each other all the while not taking ourselves too seriously.

It was refreshing to spend some well deserved time away from the screens and outdoors in Kinsale. Two days full of laughter, team bonding and team development.

We are grateful to have such a fun, passionate, purpose driven and talented team.
